These terms cover faveworthy.com, run by WellTracked LLC ("we"). Using the site means you accept them. Last updated November 5, 2026.

The data

Scores, estimates and lists are research built from public data and our own models. They can be wrong or out of date. They are not investment, legal or tax advice, and they are not an appraisal. Check every figure yourself before you make an offer. Faveworthy is independent and is not a government source.

Accounts and plans

A plan is per dataset and per person. It renews monthly until you cancel; canceling stops the next renewal and access ends at the end of the paid month. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email. Payments are processed by Stripe; the seller is WellTracked LLC.

Allowed use

Use paid data for your own acquisition research and outreach. Do not resell or republish paid fields in bulk, share your sign-in, or scrape the member area. Contact the businesses listed lawfully, including do-not-call and anti-spam rules.

Free pages

Free town pages may be quoted with a link to the page.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Law

Utah law governs these terms; courts in Utah have jurisdiction.
