Privacy policy

Faveworthy (faveworthy.com) is run by WellTracked LLC, a Utah company. This page says what we collect and why. Last updated November 5, 2026.

What we collect

• Account email. When you sign in we store your email address, sign-in times and a session record. Sign-in links are sent by Postmark.
• Form messages. Contact and plan-interest forms store what you type, the time, and a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting and spam checks. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person sent the form.
• Payments. When card checkout is on, Stripe collects card details; we receive your plan status and a Stripe customer id, never your card number.
• Cookies. One sign-in cookie (fw_s) after you sign in. Your light or dark choice sits in your browser's local storage. No ad trackers.
• Server logs. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes request logs to run and protect it.

The business data on this site

Facility and company records come from public sources: Census tables, FEMA flood maps, building footprints and public map listings. We list businesses, not people. To correct or remove a business listing, use the contact form and choose "Correction or removal of a business".

How we use it

To sign you in, run your plan, answer your messages and keep out abuse. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Account data while your account exists. Form messages up to 3 years. Sessions expire after 30 days.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion through the contact form. We answer within 30 days.
